Eric "Lil Eazy E" Wright
PresidentEric Darnell Wright Jr., aka Lil Eazy E, President of Rich & Ruthless started his career as a performer signed by Virgin Records. Lil Eazy E, son of the late Eazy-E, has toured the world with frontline artists such as Yella from N.W.A and worked with marquee names like Timberland, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, and many more. Lil Eazy E oversees the overall direction of Rich & Ruthless. He is currently starring on “Growing Up Hip Hop,” featuring the next generation of hip hop royalty, on the WE Network.
Arnold "Bigg A" White
CEOArnold White, aka Bigg A, was born in Compton, California, and got his start under the wings of his childhood friend, Eazy-E. Bigg A has been a driving force in the marketing, sales, and promotion of some of the industry’s biggest artists and superstar personalities. Bigg A’s influence has been felt by Snoop Dogg, Warren G, Dogg Pound, Daz Dillinger, Kurupt, N.W.A, King T, Wiz Kalifa, Pharside, and WC of the Westside Connection. Bigg A also manages The Dogg Pound and is CEO of Rich & Ruthless.
CJ Melone
COOCJ Melone, a California native, has worked in both public and private markets. He specializes in operations and marketing in the entertainment industry. CJ is known as a turn-around and start-up specialist with a resume of successful companies in his portfolio. CJ has an extensive background in mergers and acquisitions and strategic partnerships. CJ runs the operations and management for Rich & Ruthless.
Ryan Bartlette
CMORyan Bartlette is a sought-after branding and marketing expert. Ryan has been positioning start-ups and working with some of the largest brands in the United States. As a graphic artist, photographer, and musician, Ryan understands the ins and outs of what makes companies grow and knows how to attract the right demographics.
Landell Jackson
President East CoastLandell Jackson founded and trademarked Rich & Ruthless in 2015. Landell has 10 years of experience in artist development and producing recording music in Baltimore and surrounding areas. Landell now oversees the East Coast operations of the brand.
Wiley El Bey
VP East CoastWiley El Bey Our VP of Rich & Ruthless East, in Baltimore, MD, has worked as an artist and creative manager for more than 15 years assisting other entrepreneurs with developing various businesses, a clothing boutique, storefronts, manufacturing, and designing clothing brands. Wiley, who brings a deep background in business development, has worked closely in the procurement and creation of Rich & Ruthless.
Derrek "Baby Eazy E (E3)" Wright
VP Compton Money GangBorn in Compton, California, and the second son of the late Eazy-E, Derrek is V.P. of Compton Money Gang. As one of Rich & Ruthless's leading artists, Derrek is taking his creativity to the business, management, and development of Compton Money Gang of which he is also a member. Baby Eazy-E (E3) is a featured artist with Rich & Ruthless.
Carl "Mr A Maj 7" Jones
Producer, Engineer & Studio ManagerCarl Jones has been in the music industry for over 20 years. He is fluent in piano, keyboard, and guitar. As a musician, producer, songwriter, and engineer Carl has worked with artists in all genres of music. His list of artists includes the legendary Daz Dillinger and Kurupt of Tha Dogg Pound, Warren G, and LaToiya Williams to name a few. Today Carl manages the Rich & Ruthless recording studio and is in charge of all in-house production.

He specializes in the music entertainment area, including entertainment-related litigation, and also is routinely involved in sophisticated corporate transactions, including public offerings.
